Filing Insurance

Insurance policies are contract's between you and the insuring company. As a courtesy, one of our staff members will file your insurance claim, provided we have your current assignment of benefits. You will be responsible for your co-pay, co-insurance and/or deductible at the time services are received. If your insurance company does not pay us within a 90-day period, you will be held responsible for payment.

We are contract with most insurance providers. To verify if we accept your insurance, please call or email our Insurance Referral Specialist.

How Will I know What My Benefits Are?

At your first visit, one of our staff members will call your insurance company and obtain a list of benefits that your insurance covers. These benefits will be recorded and should remain the same as long as you keep the same insurance plan and remain current with your insurance payments. However, the benefits given are not always a guarantee, and we will not be responsible for incorrect information.
